Neighbor says recent development encroached on Cemetery Branch Creek sewer easement, raising erosion and repair concerns

"How is this development able to violate that easement?" Brissette asked, saying the impervious surface extends into the easement and noting a separate nearby project that was permitted as multiple parcels "even though this is clearly one development." He warned that the changes could increase runoff, accelerate erosion along the creek bank, and put the sewer at risk, and asked whether exceptions and loopholes are being exploited by developers.
