The Alaska House State Affairs Committee on Feb. 5 passed House Concurrent Resolution 9, a measure honoring America’s semiquincentennial, by unanimous consent. Representative Himshoo moved the committee substitute for HCR 9; Chair Kerrick said the amendment deadline had passed with no submissions and, hearing no objections, declared HCR 9 (version I) passed from committee.
The passage was made by unanimous consent during the opening portion of the committee’s Feb. 5 meeting. No fiscal or substantive amendments were filed against the resolution by the amendment deadline.
