Athens BZA approves prior minutes and re‑nominates Rob Delich as chair

At the conclusion of the Feb. 10 hearing the City of Athens Board of Zoning Appeals approved minutes from prior meetings and conducted its annual organizational business.
The board voted to accept minutes from the Sept. 9, 2025 meeting and the Oct. 14, 2025 BZA hearing. Chair Rob Delich was nominated and accepted the nomination to continue as chair; the board recorded the vote with four in favor and one abstention to keep Delich as chair through next February. Members discussed recruiting two new board members to restore a full complement of voting members.
The board adjourned after wrapping up administrative business.
