Speaker 3 was nominated and approved as vice chair; Dave Block was appointed secretary after members volunteered and the commission approved the appointment by voice vote.
Planner/Staff member Speaker 2 presented the draft 2026 work plan, noting it mirrors prior study-session materials and incorporates four items discussed at that session. The memo accompanying the plan lists 12 highlighted items meant to align the commission’s activities with the city council strategic plan. Speaker 3 moved to approve the work plan and the commission approved it by voice vote with no opposition recorded.
Commission staff reminded members of an upcoming joint meeting scheduled for Feb. 24 at 4:00 p.m.
The meeting adjourned following a motion to adjourn and a closing voice vote. No public comments or public-hearing items were recorded.
