Council also unanimously adopted Resolution 812-25, approving the Act 537 planning module for an alternate waste disposal system (septic) at 2127 Mallard Lane, a routine change for a 2.1-acre parcel seeking to replace its on-site system. The council indicated no objections and noted the solicitor had no questions.
Members discussed the January reorganizational meeting (advertised for Jan. 5) and agreed to consider moving the start time earlier to 5:00 or 5:30 p.m.; staff will check advertisement status and re-advertise if necessary. The meeting adjourned with no executive session.
