Committee advances bill allowing multiple manufacturing licenses at one premises

Representative Duell told the committee that HB 3501 “allows a commission to issue licenses for, or to issue multiple manufacturing license for 1 premises.” Members offered no substantive debate on the floor. The committee adopted the PCS as the working draft and proceeded to a vote.
The clerk announced the result as 8 aye and 1 nay, and the chair reported HB 3501 as due passed out of committee. The bill will proceed to the next legislative step for consideration.
