The first year budget for supportive services was described as about $395,000 with roughly $204,000 for the second year.
Commissioners approved the resolution to apply for the grant but repeatedly asked for a detailed program presentation and written rules for eligibility and duration of assistance. Staff agreed to return with more information and implementation details if the city is invited to proceed.
