Bear River council weighs formal deadline for workshop agenda requests; residents urge safeguarding public comment

Have a timeline. But if it's a public comment, is that not what some of these meetings are for?"
Other speakers noted that regular council meetings retain an open public-comment section and that limiting workshop agenda submissions need not eliminate spontaneous public comment during regular meetings. The council agreed to consider the suggestion further and possibly formalize it via resolution after review of state guidance.
