Bulverde council schedules CIP workshop after extended debate over debt, priorities and water

Council agreed to schedule a workshop (proposed March dates) to continue work on CIP priorities, consider whether a strategic plan should precede or be integrated with a CIP, and decide whether to use outside facilitation funded from the $50,000 set aside in the current budget. Staff said that, absent answers on scope and priorities, they could not provide a viable CIP for the coming budget cycle.
