"That was the primary goal of our being here tonight," the chair said after the vote, which the meeting record shows carried without opposition. The committee proceeded to the next items on the agenda and set a six‑month check‑in on superintendent goals later in the meeting.
The amendment restores the Nov. 13 middle‑school night conference and keeps all other previously approved dates intact.
