Ashoff said public notice had been provided and invited parents, educators and community members to comment; no public comments were offered during the hearing.
Ashoff said the hearing record, including date, time and a description of proposed calendar changes, was posted in the board documents and that his office will accept testimony as provided by statute. The hearing concluded and the board continued with its regular agenda.
