The Greenwood Redevelopment Commission approved an agreement to subscribe to a customized economic-development tracking software developed by Stone Municipal.
Staff said the software—built from the vendor’s experience with Greenwood projects—will provide a customized dashboard and 10 concurrent user licenses. Legal reviewed the agreement, staff said, and the subscription cost was reported as $2,500 per month, consistent with other city software arrangements.
Commissioners asked for a short demo once the agreement is finalized so members can see the interface and how staff will track projects. The motion to approve the subscription and proceed with contracting passed by unanimous roll-call vote.
The vendor will maintain the ability to adapt the product for other clients, but the commission’s dashboard will be customized for Greenwood use. Staff indicated usual controller review of paperwork before final execution.
