Authority approves agenda and receives treasurer's report; minutes deferred

At the Feb. 11 meeting the authority approved the agenda as amended following a motion and roll-call procedure. Due to attendance discrepancies, members agreed to move approval of the Jan. 14 minutes to the next meeting rather than vote on them today.
Unidentified Speaker 2 reported the treasurer's update and noted that a city invoice for $5,009.33, approved at a prior meeting, appears to have been paid. A motion to receive and place the treasurer's report on file was made and supported; roll-call votes were recorded by members present in the affirmative.
There were no other binding financial actions recorded and no formal votes on capital projects or settlement decisions. The board later moved and approved adjournment.
