With no members of the public speaking during the public hearing, Councilmember (speaker 8) moved to approve the replat and Councilmember (speaker 7) seconded. The motion passed 5-0.
The approved replat applies to Block 3 Lot 3 and Block 1, Airport Fields, converting the referenced area into Lots 3A and 3B as recorded in the county plat records. Staff indicated no further action was required for zoning because the property lies within the ETJ.
No additional conditions, amendments or recorded dissent accompanied the vote. The council moved on to other agenda items following the approval.
