The Davis County Commission met Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026, in the Commission chambers in Farmington and approved a multi-item consent agenda that included tourism and marketing agreements, health-department funding and sheriff’s office cooperative arrangements.
Chair John Crofts opened the meeting and, after hearing no public comment, the board first approved minutes from Jan. 27, 2026. The commission then approved a two-year contract for assessor modeling services with Timmy and Associates with a stated not-to-exceed amount of $207,000.
Kent Anderson of Community and Economic Development presented three items the board approved on the consent agenda: a $30,000 sponsorship agreement with the Utah Airshow Foundation for the 2026 Wasatch Airshow at Hill Air Force Base (presented as payable beginning Feb. 10 and running through July 1, 2026; the presenter made a conflicting reference to the event month during discussion), a three-year marketing and sales agreement with Playon Inc. (PlayEasy platform) totaling $29,985 to be spread over three years, and an agreement with a Jazz basketball investor LLC (doing business as the Utah Jazz) for a Jazz 3-on-3 tournament recorded as a…
