City Council agrees to host Stewart County drug take-back at City Hall Oct. 26

A police officer will be on site; Maddie and Zach were mentioned in the discussion as local contacts who have coordinated with the officer. Council members raised no objections and carried the motion to host the event.
The council’s approval was procedural: the representative requested permission to use City Hall as a host site, a motion was made and seconded, and the council voted in favor.
