The proposed airport overlay mapping will prioritize properties that must be protected to keep flight paths usable for future airport growth, while the gateway corridor overlay would focus on industrial and commercial parcels along entry corridors and apply design standards consistent with the comprehensive plan's corridor beautification goals. Staff said they will bring maps and recommendations to a future meeting and seek commission input before making formal recommendations to City Council.
