Robert Harvey sworn in to fill vacant SLPS board seat

The Saint Louis Public Schools board formally swore in Robert Harvey as a new appointed member at its Feb. 10 meeting. Judge Christopher McGraw administered the oath; Harvey repeated the oath affirming he holds no other elected office in the city or state and pledging to fulfill the duties of a board member.
The board and superintendent welcomed Harvey and recessed for 15 minutes for photographs before resuming regular business. Following the swearing-in the board returned to a full voting body for subsequent roll-call votes.
