McAllen awards $908,910 drainage contract for Byron Nelson/2nd Street improvements

Commissioners approved the award by voice vote. City staff said the work is intended to improve drainage capacity along the corridor and the contractor will coordinate with Cruz Hogan consultants and city staff during construction.
