Planning staff said the draft CIP focuses on deferred facility sustainment, funding for planning and design, and construction funding for listed capital improvement projects, and concluded the projects are consistent with the Anchorage 2040 comprehensive plan. Commissioner Polis moved the recommendation to forward the CIP to the Assembly (seconded by Commissioner Krishna); the motion passed.
