The city’s current estimate is that about $700,000 of the base cost corresponds to the developer‑funded portion; the remainder would be financed through the city's share contingent on outside funding sources or impact fees.
Council moved and approved the reimbursement agreement with Taylor Morrison of Texas Inc., and later approved executing the bid with CC Carlton Industries; votes were recorded by voice as unanimous.
