"I think we would really be in good shape if everything was November," Jeff said as he described delivery and installation timing; later he identified November and a conservative Dec. 31 date as target milestones for the remaining items.
Commissioners noted past neighbor concerns about screening, fencing and runoff and discussed sequencing constraints including transformer installation by the utility (WPS) and concrete and asphalt weather windows for large pours. Staff said they would not issue full site occupancy until the north property line was fenced and the site secured.
Unidentified Speaker 4 moved to "amend the provisional use permit number 20220392 at 6508 Rhine Street to adjust the condition date for phase 2 to 12/31/2024." The motion was seconded by Veil and carried by voice vote; no roll‑call tally was provided in the record.
