Oakland commission approves placing charter amendments on March ballot

The commission indicated there were no further substantive edits from the prior hearing and moved to approve the ordinance to place the charter questions on the ballot.
The measure will appear on the March election ballot and voters will be able to mark yes or no for each proposed change.
