At the Feb. 11 meeting the board received a staff report on administrative approvals granted since the last meeting.
Staff (identified in the meeting as Matt) said the administratively approved work included: a rear roof replacement at 446 Cherry (like‑for‑like shingle replacement), interior renovations at 162 South 5th related to repairs after a fire (new powder room, kitchen work and windows), removal and in‑kind replacement of a rear sunroom at 114 Walnut, a kitchen renovation at 349 following a fire, and installation of a ventilation hood at 13 Northport. Staff noted these projects were handled administratively because the work was at the rear of properties or was in‑kind and not considered historically sensitive.
There were no members of the public present for comment. The board had no additional business and adjourned after confirming the next regular meeting will be in March; staff corrected an earlier calendar typo and stated the March meeting date as March 11, 2026, 6:30 p.m.
No formal board vote was required for the administrative approvals report.
