Staff said the revision preserves an additional time-off benefit while managing banked hours that would otherwise reduce staff entitlements below an acceptable level.
A board member moved to adopt the policy revisions as presented; the motion was seconded and approved by the board. Staff answered procedural questions during discussion and said they will finalize policy materials and implement the revisions through normal HR processes.
