The clerk also completed a first reading for a separate application, an alcohol license for Curhee Food Mart at 3386 West Curhee Street, Unit A in Toccoa; the clerk said all required documents had been submitted and the second reading and vote for that application are scheduled for the Feb. 24, 2026 meeting.
The approvals were handled in the new-business portion of the agenda with no substantive public testimony recorded. The board did not record roll-call vote tallies in the transcript; the motion for Sreeji Takoa LLC carried on a voice vote.
