Commission recommends re‑signing amended National Park Service contract after regional solicitor changes

A motion to recommend the amended National Park Service contract for signature by Council President Bianconi passed by roll call. Staff noted similar language is being requested by the Town of Porter for their separate contract and that the amendment will be forwarded to the town council for final execution.
What happens next Staff will forward the amended agreement to the town council for signature and include the amendment in the next meeting packet as documentation of the recommendation.
