Council Members also approved Ordinance 2025‑003, amending the filing fee for municipal candidates. Council Member Jesperson moved to approve the resolution; Council Member Richardson seconded and the motion passed.
Consent agenda items A through D were approved by motion (mover Council Member Jesperson; second Council Member Richardson). Staff noted the consent agenda included contract terms related to HEAT funds and the Elks proclamation and employee raises; staff credited Jen August for work on the contract language change.
