A commissioner moved to approve the final plat for "Butler Island Estates division number 1, first amended plat," the motion was seconded, and the board approved the plat on roll call. The board signed the plat during the meeting for recordation.
The action is an approval of the amended plat; the board did not attach additional conditions beyond typical recording and signature requirements noted in planning staff recommendations.
