An unidentified county finance staff member said the corrected levy calculations will reduce Jefferson County's receipts by "$78,497.15." The staff member read corrected levy rates for multiple jurisdictions and said letters and a calendar of compliance dates were sent to each taxing district so they could plan for the change.
