The presenter said the pay rate will increase from $21.36 to $22.43 while the increase is temporary. "Because of the vacancy, she's been working outside of her scope doing a lot of work with clients," the presenter said. Speaker 2 moved to approve the payroll form as presented orally by Speaker 4; Speaker 1 seconded and the motion carried.
County staff said vacancy savings will fund the temporary increase. No additional changes to payroll policy were proposed at the meeting.
