District updates phase‑2 construction, HVAC audit and auditorium renovation timeline

Because of the scope of auditorium lighting and renovation work, staff cautioned the facility will likely be unavailable (a "blackout") in September and October while work is completed.
Staff also confirmed that work on baseball and softball dugouts should be complete in time for spring season play. No final contract awards were made at the meeting; staff said they will return with final schedules and cost figures as permitting and bid results are confirmed.
