Facility staff presented the prison’s November 2025 operational report, noting an average daily population of 713 inmates and several monthly operational metrics.
The report listed central booking and commitment figures, an average daily population at the county correctional center of 40, 12 inmate transports, and 49 medical transports (13 resulting in emergency room visits). Staff also reported 106 disciplinary hearings for major misconduct and 29 inmates housed in the restricted‑housing unit.
Program and health statistics included 134 inmate video conferences and hearings, which staff said produced an estimated $13,400 in savings for the month. Staff reported 595 sick‑call visits; of those inmates, 57% were on prescription medications, 50% were taking psychiatric medications and 10% were on suicide watch. The facility identified 93 seriously mentally ill inmates; two were waiting for beds at Norristown and 16 were at Norristown for treatment. A total of 309 participants were enrolled across 19 treatment and reentry programs (including AA, Narcotics Anonymous, GED, anger management and others).
The board did not take action on the report beyond receiving it and asking whether there were questions for deputies; no substantive follow‑up actions were recorded in the meeting minutes.
