Staff and commissioners also discussed timing: any per-hour fee proposals would likely require advance notice to user groups if adopted for a future season; staff suggested notifying groups promptly to allow fall or spring registration to account for fee changes.
The motion and vote were recorded in the meeting minutes; staff will publish the finalized fee table on the Park & Recreation website and include notice to user groups about the effective dates.
