Council confirms board appointments and approves consent calendar

Votes were cast electronically and announced by the city clerk; motions to appoint the winners were made and carried.
Council then approved consent calendar items 7A through 7J without items pulled for separate discussion.
The appointments restore membership on advisory bodies and enable routine city administration to proceed; no related policy debate occurred during the meeting.
