Kershner outlined the schedule: multiple‑employer job fairs are typically held Wednesdays from 1 to 4 p.m., and specialized recruitments run roughly 1:30 to 4 p.m. She announced a Greenfield multiple‑employer job fair set for April 16 at Greenfield City Council Chambers from 4 to 6:30 p.m., with space for approximately 20 employers and encouraged early registration.
She advised job seekers to prepare as they would for an interview—business attire or business casual, printed resumes, and pre‑event research. “Come ready… bring your resume, be prepared to meet the employers in person, to shake hands, to ask questions about the positions,” Kershner said, noting recruiters make early assessments at in‑person events.
