Finance staff presented the agency’s financial report for the period ending Dec. 31, 2025. The report described working capital, operating revenue received to date for the fiscal year, capital revenues received and pending grant reimbursements, and estimated expenditures for the year.
The presenter said capital revenues received to date were about $3,700,000 with approximately $5,500,000 pending, and that the difference reflects grant reimbursements awaiting processing. Estimated expenditures for FY25 were reported at roughly $8.3 million (and roughly $8.4 million through Dec. 31 for the current fiscal year). The presenter added the agency anticipates a combined debt service payment of about $1,100,000 in April.
Staff noted several grants were closing out (including an FMPRA grant) and that the audit will be presented next month. Questions from the board and public were invited; none were recorded during the report.
