One councilor asked whether a higher score affects insurance rates or other economic benefits; staff said they did not believe the score would change insurance premiums but noted the assessment is an important transparency and governance tool.
Council directed staff to continue implementing the recommended mitigating steps and to report back as policy changes are completed.
