When the chair sought a motion to create the page, a member moved the motion and Yvette Brady seconded; the chair asked for opposition and recorded none. “Any opposed? No. Motion passes,” the chair said.
Committee members said an official page will make it easier to distribute videos, PSAs and outreach materials to local Spanish- and English-language outlets and to coordinate posts across partner agencies. Staff said once a website and official page are created, edits will be routed through a named liaison (Miss Angie) and implemented within one to two weeks.
The motion was procedural and administrative; no budget appropriation or ordinance change was requested or recorded in the meeting minutes.
