The Arlington School District board completed routine business and took several procedural actions at its meeting.
The board approved the meeting agenda as presented after a motion and second; roll-call ayes were recorded and the agenda passed. The board then moved to approve the minutes from the Jan. 26 study session and regular meeting; the clerk recorded affirmative votes and the minutes were adopted. The consent agenda was moved, seconded and adopted as presented.
Near the end of the meeting the board recessed into an executive session to review the performance of an employee; the president said the executive session was expected to last approximately 20 minutes and that no final action would be taken during the session. After returning to the live meeting for the sole purpose of adjournment, Director Watts moved to adjourn, Director Diamond seconded, roll-call votes were taken and the meeting was adjourned.
