Computer science teacher Lehi described a class project in which students created two rounds of web-page templates for CTE programs after working with internal clients, and said students practiced design thinking and client feedback processes that translate to workplace expectations.
Students and staff described the classroom benefits of repeated practice, patience and growth in confidence; one Creekside student said the manufacturing program prioritizes foundational skills and confidence-building alongside technical instruction. Board members praised the programs for engaging students, supporting career readiness and keeping students connected to school.
