Trustee Andrews offered a motion to approve the certified survey map as prepared by Verbicker Incorporated with the condition that the owner meet all applicable ordinances and reviewing‑agency requirements; Trustee Romas seconded. The vote was 7–0 in favor.
The approval was recorded with standard conditions; staff will confirm compliance with referenced ordinances and reviewing agencies before final recording of the map.
