Manjurati offered transportation options for residents who need them: "Schedule a free ride by calling Crossout Connect, or take the shuttle." On arrival, he advised attendees to "park anywhere on the campus, and head straight to the cafeteria to check‑in." Check‑in requires providing an address and last name; Manjurati added that some attendees "may need to check‑in by precinct," but that helpers will be on hand to guide people.
After checking in at the cafeteria, attendees should "head to the auditorium and show your voter registration card to get your clicker," Manjurati said. He noted that once inside the auditorium, participants may sit anywhere.
Manjurati closed by reiterating the invitation for residents to participate in the Town Meeting, emphasizing that the meeting is where the town’s most important local decisions are made.
