San Luis council approves grant, two contracts and an intergovernmental agreement

Spay/neuter grant: Grants coordinator Humberto Arcos told the council the city was awarded $5,000 from the Arizona Compassion Spay and Neuter Committee to incentivize residents to sterilize pets. A council member moved to accept the grant, authorize staff to execute documents and implement program activities; the motion carried by voice vote.
