Neenah hears residents’ concerns over special assessments for sewer and water work

The public hearing covered proposed work on Elm Street (Cecil to Division), Loudoun Boulevard, Reed Street (Cecil to Washington), Henry Street (Monroe to Winnicony), Greenfield, Sterling Avenue and other segments. Director Kaiser said staff has coordinated with the private developer and the builder and that contractors will hydroseed terraces and restore topsoil after work.
