The Limestone County Commission voted to approve a subdivision plat for Adrian Reynolds that divides a parcel near State Highway 14 into smaller lots after county staff and submitting parties confirmed access and water service arrangements.
Speaker 2 introduced the plat and located it roughly two miles north of the river on the west side of Highway 14. Speaker 1 confirmed the proposal would create lots of about 0.6 acres and asked whether county roads were involved; the parties said the development was on private roads except for a small front line. Speaker 5 said White Rock has agreed to upgrade lines to 4-inch service and supply meters, enabling utility service to the new lots.
Speaker 5 asked for a motion; Speaker 2 called the vote and commissioners answered "aye." The board approved the plat and instructed staff to complete any ministerial steps associated with recording and permitting.
Staff noted that final installation of meters and line upgrades will be coordinated with White Rock and that any road improvements beyond the private road frontage were not part of this county approval.
