Lake County OKs rapid‑rehousing contract with North Coast Opportunities, adds tribal outreach requirement

The Lake County Board of Supervisors on a unanimous 5–0 vote approved an agreement with North Coast Opportunities, Inc. to provide rapid rehousing services for fiscal years 2025–26 and 2026–27 and added a requirement that the contractor organize local meetings with tribal governments and tribal community‑based organizations.
