St. Joseph County board approves amended minutes, OKs $75,583 in payables; flags Granger repairs

The St. Joseph County board approved amended meeting minutes and accepted claims totaling $75,583.51 at a short meeting that also flagged more than $11,000 in repairs in the Granger District.

Speaker 1, a board member, asked the minutes be amended to record that the board had advised the developer’s representative that it "would only accept gravity sewers with a master lift station" for the Anderson Road development. Speaker 2 said they would pull the invoices and circulate details to the board for review.

No other formal actions were taken. Financial statements were promised for the March meeting; invoices and supporting detail on the Granger repairs will be distributed by staff. The meeting was adjourned shortly thereafter.
