After interviewing multiple firms, HR recommended the Oswald Company, an Ohio-based consultant and insurance firm, as the best value for service and cost. She said the Oswald proposal would be $30,000 per year (about $60,000 for two years as discussed) and asked the board for permission to bring a resolution next week.
Commissioners indicated they were comfortable with HR’s due diligence and told staff to bring the resolution for the board’s next meeting.
