Planning staff and the building commissioner reported they inspected the property; Building Commissioner Russ Frostburg wrote by email that he performed a site inspection and found the property to be compliant with state building code as a two‑family dwelling. The board moved and approved the decision in accordance with the draft conditions.
Board members offered brief comments and well wishes to the applicant. The applicant thanked the board for their work and described the experience as pleasant.
